Terms & Conditions

Last updated 9 September 2026.

Who you are buying from

Okay, Start is operated by Veianya Hansen (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at veianya0105@gmail.com.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT.

What you get

Okay, Start is a web app that helps you turn a task into one small next step. The free version is usable without payment. The premium unlock is a one-time purchase of $9 USD that enables the additional features listed on the upgrade page for the browser or device where you bought it. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service, no reselling or redistributing access, and no use of the service to create or distribute harmful, abusive or illegal content.

Intellectual property

All software, text, design and branding in Okay, Start remain our property or that of our licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Content you type into the app remains yours.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are breached, if use is unlawful, or if required for security or legal reasons. Where a suspension is not caused by a breach, you may request a refund under our refund policy.

No warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Okay, Start is a productivity support tool, not medical advice or treatment, and results are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
