Refund Policy

30-day refunds

If Okay, Start Premium isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to request one

Email veianya0105@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders of Veianya Hansen and processes refunds on our behalf.

After 30 days

Requests made after the refund window are considered case by case, for example if the service was unavailable or was charged in error. Purchases made through the Google Play Store are subject to Google Play’s refund process; contact us and we will help.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law in your country.
