Who is responsible

Veianya Hansen is the data controller for personal data processed through Okay, Start. Contact us at veianya0105@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Task text you type in, sent to our AI provider so a plan can be written. We do not ask for, and you should not enter, sensitive personal information.
• Purchase data when you buy premium: name, email, billing address, country, and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach us.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and error reports, used to keep the service working and secure.
• Local settings stored on your own device, including whether premium is unlocked.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for and complete your purchase (performance of a contract), to keep the service secure and improve it (legitimate interests), and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record and payment processor; receives your order and billing data to process payments, tax and refunds.
• Hosting and AI providers — process requests and the task text needed to generate your plan.
• Google Play — if you purchase inside the Android app, Google processes that transaction.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Task text is not stored in a user account. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing veianya0105@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
